For about a half hour yesterday morning, the sky cleared and turned this brilliant blue before it clouded over again, providing an amazing contrast with the frost-covered trees.

I'm so lucky to be one of the first few here and to vote on such a lovely, serene work. The color of the sky is so breathtaking. I don't see many winter skies that look like this in Wisconsin! V!

Debbie, I truly appreciate your wonderful comments and vote... thank you! This brilliant blue sky is quite rare here in Minnesota too. I have seen it twice this winter, and each time for only about half an hour just after the sun broke through morning fog, so tried to get out and take it advantage of it!
