Description

The itsy bitsy spider climbed up the milkweed floss. In autumn, the milkweed pods break open and release seeds, each attached to a parachute of silky floss that carries the seed on the wind. This tiny spider was barely visible to the naked eye and was captured with a macro lens as it climbed up the floss toward a seed floating on the breeze.
