Journey down a peaceful woodland trail on a frosty February day.
A horizontally oriented version of my "Frosty Trail."
I love to spend time outdoors, and going out with a camera in my hand makes me so much more aware of everything around me. It's amazing the things I notice that I would otherwise walk by without a glance. I am inspired by the beauty of the different seasons in the Lakes Country of Minnesota, where I live. I hope through my photography to share a little bit of the world as I have come to see it through my lens. I was honored to have my image "Another Day at the Lodge" published in the December 2019 issue of Outdoor Photographer magazine. You can find some of my work at Bridgette's Main Frames in Perham, MN, and at the Red Door Art Gallery in Wahpeton, ND. I hope you enjoy the shots I've chosen to share. Thanks for stopping...

I think you are right. It is sometimes better to wonder! :D

Thank you, Marilyn!! Good question! I have actually thought about that and may have to find out one of these days. This is probably only 5 miles from my home, but I honestly don't know where it leads. Might be best to not spoil the mystery.

I love this one too, Penny! Where does the winding trail lead? Interesting. v/f
