The ice is still on the lakes, but today is the first day that has really felt like spring, and I was able to witness this beautiful hazy sunrise over Meadow Lake in West Central Minnesota.

Oh My Goodness, this is absolutely breathtaking, Penny!! What a glorious "hazy" sunrise with beautiful warm colors, fantastic contrasts, wonderful textures, superb reflections on the ice and amazing detail. Hi Deb! Thank you so very much for your very kind words, my friend... they are truly appreciated! It really was a gorgeous morning and beautiful day! I actually hadn't quite made it to where I was hoping to get by sunrise... as I drove by this lake I saw the big red ball behind the trees, and lucky for me there was a public access I was able to pull into to capture it.
