Today we gaze through the windows of the past into one of the best preserved cliff dwellings in North America. This 20 room high-rise apartment, nestled into a towering limestone cliff, tells a story of ingenuity, survival and ultimately, prosperity in an unforgiving desert landscape.
I love to spend time outdoors, and going out with a camera in my hand makes me so much more aware of everything around me. It's amazing the things I notice that I would otherwise walk by without a glance. I am inspired by the beauty of the different seasons in the Lakes Country of Minnesota, where I live. I hope through my photography to share a little bit of the world as I have come to see it through my lens. I was honored to have my image "Another Day at the Lodge" published in the December 2019 issue of Outdoor Photographer magazine. You can find some of my work at Bridgette's Main Frames in Perham, MN, and at the Red Door Art Gallery in Wahpeton, ND. I hope you enjoy the shots I've chosen to share. Thanks for stopping...

Thank you so much, Jack! It's always great when we can conjure up good memories with our art and photography. Another artist did that for me this morning as well, so I'm glad I could pay it forward. Thanks for your V/F too!
